HOK is developing a master plan for the Green Line project in downtown Atlanta. The plan, which creates a linear park running from Philips Arena through historic ‘Underground Atlanta’ to the state Capitol area and Georgia State University, will shape the future development of a major portion of downtown and create an iconic destination.

The plan envisions significant commercial development near Philips and CNN Center, an overhaul of the Five Points MARTA station in the center and new Georgia State student housing on the east, all connected by green space and walkways.

The plan provides a detailed framework for all elements envisioned for the redeveloped corridor, including a multi-modal transit station, civic areas, public plazas, a lively residential and pedestrian environment, commercial office space, a casino, hotels and mixed-use retail.
